- Weekday evenings and weekend mornings
- Anytime, including weekday early mornings, lunchtimes, and evenings, and weekend mornings
Both levels are on a rolling monthly payment with no contract.

Our classes are for members only to ensure the safety of our practicioners. We don’t offer tours or let people spectate classes so that our members aren’t unnecessarily distracted. You can still check out our YouTube channel with hundreds of hours of class snippets, and our Google Reviews from members and visiting coaches from all over the world.
